Machine Clean MB3
Machine Clean MB3 is a very heavy duty machine cleaner with a biocide in the formula. If you have a bacteria, fungus, mold or algae problem and in need of heavy duty cleaning. Machine Clean MB3 is the product for you.
Ultra Citrus
Ultra Citrus can effectively remove oil's and coolants dirt and other residues from machine surfaces, floors, walls and even janitorial applications. Ultra Citrus will effectively clean a surface of oil, grease and contaminants. Ultra Citrus is water extendible and typically diluted 15: to 20:1.
Ultra Clean 200
Ultra Clean 200 is a general purpose machine cleaner. Ultra Clean 200 can be used in the machine sump to remove dirt, graphite, oil, grease, chips and other contaminants. Ultra Clean 200 can bee added directly to the sump solution, but for optimal use pump the coolant out, add water and a percentage of Ultra Clean 200 and let circulate. Cleaning time is based on concentration and contaminants. Ultra Clean 200 can be used with production running. Ultra Clean 200 is safe on painted surfaces up to 5% and is excellent for wiping the exterior of the machines.
Ultra Clean 2000
Ultra Clean 2000 is a light-duty, low foam, spray-wash cleaner that is all metals and electronic sensor safe. Ultra Clean 2000 is formulated using surfactants and wetting agents to remove light oils and dirt residue. Ultra Clean 2000 offers a broad range of advantages; it is biodegradable and has superior rinse ability and is suited for low temperature applications.
Applications for the Ultra Clean 2000 include: machine pallets, where sensors are present, vibratory finishing, dip or spray wash prior to painting, plating and phosphate coating. Ultra Clean 2000 surfactants and wetting agents provide superior oil rejecting capabilities for long-term bath life. Ultra Clean 2000 is electronic sensor safe. Ultra Clean 2000 provides low residue and fast water-sheeting action. Ultra Clean 2000 can be used for tumbling and vibratory finishing applications. Ultra Clean 2000 is compatible with all metals and will not discolor soft metals including aluminum, copper, brass and magnesium, plastics and glass.
Ultra Clean 206
Ultra Clean 206 is a very aggressive, heavy-duty, low foaming, aqueous spray wash cleaner formulated to remove heavy chlorinated paraffin oils, graphite-impregnated drawing oils and heavy stamping oils from ferrous alloys. Ultra Clean 206 offers low temperature application, biodegradability and excellent rinsability. Ultra Clean 206 uses a proprietary blend of surfactants and wetting agents to provide superior oil rejecting capabilities and long-term bath life. Ultra Clean 206 provides low residue and fast water-sheeting action. Ultra Clean 206 can be used prior to plating, phosphating and painting.
Ultra Clean 206BC
Ultra Clean 206BC is a very aggressive, heavy-duty, low foaming, aqueous spray wash cleaner formulated to remove heavy chlorinated paraffin oils, graphite-impregnated drawing oils and heavy stamping oils from ferrous alloys. Ultra Clean 206BC offers low temperature application, biodegradability, solvency and excellent rinse ability to remove the toughest residue. Ultra Clean 206BC uses a proprietary blend of surfactants and wetting agents to provide superior oil rejecting capabilities and long-term bath life. Ultra Clean 206BC provides low residue and fast water-sheeting action. Ultra Clean 206BC can be used prior to plating, phosphating, and painting.
Ultra Clean 210T
Ultra Clean 210T is a medium to heavy duty, ultrasonic wash cleaner that is all metals safe. Ultra Clean 210T is formulated using surfactants and wetting agents to remove oils and tough residue. Ultra Clean 210T was designed to penetrate into small hole areas. The Ultra Clean 210T will leave no residue and provide 15-20 days rust-protection at 10% solution. Ultra Clean 210T offers a broad range of advantages; it is biodegradable and has superior rinse ability, corrosion protection and is suited for low temperature applications.
Applications for the Ultra Clean 210T include; tumbling, vibratory finishing, dip or ultrasonic washers. Spray wash applications are NOT recommended. Ultra Clean 210T can be used prior to painting, plating, phosphate coating or heat treat.
Ultra Clean 210P
Ultra Clean 210P is a medium to heavy duty, low foam, spray wash cleaner that is all metals safe. Ultra Clean 210P is formulated using surfactants and wetting agents to remove oils and tough residue. The Ultra Clean 210P will leave no residue and provide 15-20 days rust-protection at 10% solution. Ultra Clean 210P offers a broad range of advantages, it is biodegradable and has superior rinse ability, corrosion protection and is suited for low temperature applications.
Ultra Clean 287M
Ultra Clean 287M is an aggressive, heavy-duty, low foaming, high-pressure (100 psi) ferrous driven, aqueous spray wash cleaner formulated for use on all ferrous metals. Ultra Clean 287M offers low temperature application, biodegradability, and excellent rinsability. Ultra Clean 287M has a proprietary blend of surfactants and wetting agents that provides low residue and fast water-sheeting action. Ultra Clean 287M can be used prior to plating, phosphate and painting. Ultra Clean 287M can be used for tumbling and vibratory finishing applications. Ultra Clean 287M provides 30 days of rust prevention at 5% - 10% dilution. Ultra Clean 287M provides excellent removal of concentrated chlorinated paraffins (10%).
Ultra Clean 287M is compatible with ferrous metals, plastics and glass. Ultra Clean 287M can discolor soft metals such as aluminum, brass and copper.
Ultra Clean 290MB
Ultra Clean 290MB is a soluble oil cleaner that can provide up to 60 days rust protection. Ultra Clean 290MB is bio-stable and can be used in a spray washer, or as a dip application. Ultra Clean 290MB can handle part temperatures of 800 degrees Fahrenheit, making the Ultra Clean 290MB an excellent choice for a dip application after heat treat.
Ultra Clean 401M
Ultra Clean 401M is a very aggressive, heavy-duty, low foaming, aqueous spray wash cleaner formulated to remove graphite-impregnated drawing oils and heavy stamping oils from mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, magnesium and copper. Ultra Clean 401M offers low temperature application, biodegradability and excellent rinsability. Ultra Clean 401M's proprietary blend of surfactants and wetting agents provide superior oil rejecting capabilities for long-term bath life. Ultra Clean 401M provides low residue and fast water-sheeting action. Ultra Clean 401M can be used prior to plating, phosphating and painting. Ultra Bright 160-AL
Ultra Bright 160-AL is an acidic immersion cleaner/deoxidizer for aluminum that effectively removes surface contamination and stains without etching the surface. Ultra Bright 160-AL will also provide a mild brightening effect. It is silicate-free, rinses easily to provide a clean surface that is stain and fim free ready for subsequent processing steps. Ultra Bright 160-AL is an easy to use liquid that simplifies solution make-up and replenishment. It can be used for cleaning all wrought and cast aluminum alloys. Ultra Bright 160-AL may be used as received or diluted to meet application requirements.
Ultra Clean 715
Ultra Clean 715 is designed as a cast iron ferrous metal cleaner. Ultra Clean 715 has excellent rinsing and cleaning properties with short-term rust protection. Ultra Clean 715 cleaning temperatures range from 120-180 degrees with 120-140 degrees being ideal for cast iron cleaning. Ultra Clean 715 has a unique blend of surfactants and wetting agents that will remove all types of soils and is an excellent choice for pre-wash applications.
Ultra Clean MB2+
Ultra Clean MB2+ is a very aggressive, heavy-duty, low foaming, aqueous spray wash cleaner formulated to remove graphite-impregnated drawing oils and heavy stamping oils from ferrous alloys.
Ultra Floor Clean LC
Ultra Floor Clean LC is an alkaline floor cleaner that can be used on all floor surfaces. Ultra Floor Clean LC can effectively remove oil, coolant, dirt and even lift truck tire marks, along with other contaminants. Ultra Floor Clean LC can be used in mop buckets or the plant floor scrubber.
Ultra Clean 210ISTS
Ultra Clean 210ISTS is a low foam, oil popping, and all metals safe cleaner that can be used in spray, dip, barrel and ultra sonic washers. Ultra Clean 210ISTS will remove coolants, oils, dirt, chips and other contaminants. Ultra Clean 210ISTS will remove coolants, oils, dirt, chips and other contaminants. Ultra Clean 210ISTS is excellent in part tumbling applications. Ultra Clean 210ISTS will provide up to 3-4 week rust protection at a 10% dilution.
Ultra Clean 215A
Ultra Clean 215A is a low foam, oil popping, and all metals safe cleaner that can be used in spray, dip, barrel and ultra sonic washers. Ultra Clean 215A will remove water soluble coolants, non-paraffinic oils, dirt, chips and other contaminants. With the Ultra Clean 215A excellent wetting properties the Ultra Clean 215A make it a great choice for applications such as part tumbling or prior to heat treat. Ultra Clean 215A will provide up to 20-day rust protection at a 10% dilution. Ultra Clean 215A will not leave the heavy spotting or residue that is sometimes seen using other alkaline cleaners. The Ultra Clean 215A is an excellent choice for cleaning aluminum engine covers where gasket material will be used.
Ultra Solv 984+ was designed for milliport testing and can be used as a heavy duty solvent degreaser.
Ultra Wash +
Washer Cleaner
Ultra Wash + was designed to be added to a washer prior to cleanout and recharge. Ultra Wash + can be added right to your current washer solution at typical 2-10% concentrate depending on the amount of build-up and hard water deposits. Ultra Wash + works extremely well in removing hard water salts and powdered builders commonly found in alkaline cleaners.
Ultra Sump Clean
Ultra Sump Clean is an in sump machine cleaner. Ultra Sump Clean is pine scented, formulated to clean residue, oils, dirt and biological contamination from the machine and the sump. Ultra Sump Clean is environmentally safe and can easily be waste treated. Ultra Sump Clean is excellent as a floor soap that can help in consolidating your chemical inventory.
Ultra Sump Clean C
Ultra Sump Clean C is a citrus scented version of the original Ultra Sump Clean.
ZT-WASH
ZT-WASH was designed for cleaning steel, stainless steel, aluminum and glass lined equipment. ZT-WASH contains no phosphates and will remove all types of mineral deposits as well as food residue and stains from processing equipment in dairies, breweries, food processing plants, animal research centers and pharmaceutical plants. ZT-WASH has excellent rinsing capabilities along with low foam in circulation and moderate foam when sprayed.

Ultimate Floor Shine is an alkaline floor cleaner that can be used to produce a "wet look" on your floors while being dry to the touch. Ultimate Floor Shine is good for use with all floor cleaning applications at a low concentration making it extremely cost effective.
