Draw Lube 795
Evaporative Stamping Lubricant
Draw Lube 795 is an evaporative forming lubricant. Draw Lube 795 may be used on copper, steel, and aluminum material. Draw Lube 795 is particularly designed for fin stamping and end sheet production in shops which do not clean their coils. Draw Lube 795 is compatible with most painting and brazing operations as well as being compatible with most refrigerants.
Draw Lube 800D
Semi-Synthetic Drawing and Stamping
Draw Lube 800D is a light to medium duty all metals drawing and stamping fluid. Draw Lube 800D can be used in ferrous and non-ferrous drawing applications. If used on stainless it is recommended in light to medium duty. Draw Lube 800D can be diluted with water with a range of dilution from 1:1 to 10:1 depending on the severity of the draw.
Draw Lube 800D is a non-chlorinated drawing and stamping lubricant. It has a pH range of 8.3 - 8.75 and provides short term rust protection 7-14 days.
Draw Lube 890
Heavy to Medium Duty Soluble Oil Drawing and Stamping
Draw Lube 890 is an emulsion type, metal-forming lubricant developed for general purpose and heavy-duty applications. Draw Lube 890 provides superior bacterial resistance for long-term, trouble free performance. Draw Lube 890 has inherent stability and optimum performance characteristics that are maintained for the life of the fluid without the need for periodic additions of costly additives. Draw Lube 890 contains highly polar ingredients and EP (extreme pressure) additives that provide superior lubricity and boundary lubrication. In addition, the cleanliness of Draw Lube 890 prevents the formation of heavy, tacky water insoluble residues. The versatility of Draw Lube 890 makes it a deal for plants where intermittent service demands superior performance.
Draw Lube 950
Heavy to Medium Duty Synthetic Drawing and Stamping
Draw Lube 950 is a synthetic drawing and stamping lubricant, containing extreme pressure additives, formulated for medium to heavy-duty drawing and stamping applications. Draw Lube 950 has excellent rust inhibitors to deter the formation of corrosion on the finished part. This product may be used as received or diluted with water. The Draw lube 950 exhibits low foaming characteristics with excellent hard water stability. Typical starting dilutions are 5:1 and 3:1
Oil Draw 129E 5%
Heavy Duty Graphite Impregnated Drawing Fluid
Oil Draw 129E 5% is a superior anti-wear extreme pressure, low friction drawing lube consisting of the finest particle size ("A"), high purity colloidal graphite fully stabilized in a medium grade petroleum oil. Oil Draw 129E 5% is formulated for heavy duty applications in both steel and aluminum.
Oil Draw 129E 5% can handle the most severe forming applications and save you money.
Oil Draw 935
Heavy Duty Smokeless and Odorless Forging Fluid
Oil Draw 935 is a superior spray forging die lubricant formulated to meet the needs of high temperatures and difficult operations on carbon alloys, stainless steel, and aluminum. Oil Draw 935 is smokeless and odorless (no ammonia smell), water-base colloidal graphite lubricant to be used in typical applications such as: hot forge steel, warm forming steel, automated systems and forging powder performs. Oil Draw 935 has excellent lube and die filling properties that will provide uniform wetting and a good part release. Oil Draw 935 can be sprayed on dies at temperatures up to and exceeding 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Final dilution ratio of the Oil Draw 935 must be determined by the individual application for increased cost savings. Oil Draw 935 will extend die life and provide fewer rejects with less product waste, saving you money.
