History
Advanced Fluid Technologies Inc.
(AFT), an innovator in specialty
chemicals, was founded in 1998 based on
a desire to provide unique, customer
specific products for the metalworking
industry. AFT is an industry
leader in specialty chemical
manufacturing and formulations.
Advanced Fluid Technologies has
developed products for a variety of
industries including aerospace,
automotive, and refrigerant companies.
Advanced
Fluid Technologies formulates,
manufactures and sells our own
proprietary products and formulations
such as, metal working fluids, cleaners,
rust preventatives, drawing and stamping
compounds, forging compounds, hydraulic
and way lubes, straight cutting oils,
and acid specialty products. AFT
is committed to providing the industry
with specialty chemical products which
in turn provide superior corrosion
protection, eliminates biological and
dermatitis problems and reduce problem
causing residues.
The AFT
corporate offices are located in
Jackson, Michigan. Our laboratory and
primary manufacturing facility are
located in Bristol, Indiana.
Products are sold through direct field
sales engineers, chemical management
programs to major automotive facilities
and virtually all types of manufacturing
concerns.
Capabilities
Advanced Fluid Technologies provides
superior products in the areas of
metalworking fluids, cleaners, rust
preventatives and drawing and stamping
products. Our staff is comprised
of technical experts in the areas of
product research and development,
problem solving, engineering, purchasing
and manufacturing. Our sales
engineers, fluid team coordinator,
service technicians and management staff
have experience with automotive
manufacturing processes, and are capable
of analyzing and identifying fluid or
process related problems.
Management consultants will often award
solutions with existing products, or if
necessary, the development of a new
product to suit individual needs. AFT's
capabilities are multifaceted.

oriented issues, our dedication to the
customer through our experience and
flexibility makes us a leader in the
industry.
Quality
Assurance Program
AFT has developed a full range of
metalworking coolants, cleaners, rust
preventatives, and drawing and stamping
compounds. Our products are
specifically formulated to meet any
production requirements. Our focus
is on developing new product
formulations to meet changing needs in
metals and operations, in waste
discharge restrictions, and in
environmental, health and safety
concerns. In order to insure the
highest quality and consistency, we
single source the majority of all raw
materials. AFT has instituted the
highest quality control program for all
outgoing products. Aft ensures
high quality products meet critical
formulation and manufacturing
requirements. All of our
manufacturing procedures, raw materials
testing, and quality procedures are
written to comply with ISO 14000
standards. |
