RP 45
Oil Base and Water Dispersing Rust Preventative
RP 45 is an oil base long term indoor rust preventative.  RP 45 is a water dispersing rust preventative with acid scavenging capabilities and provides excellent rust protection on all ferrous metals especially cast iron.  RP 45 was designed to be compatible with motor oil and is an excellent choice for machined internal engine parts.  Use RP 45 straight for maximum life or RP 45 can be cut with mineral spirits to reduce protection and cost.

RP 200
Solvent Based, Water Displacing Rust Preventative
RP 200 is a solvent based, water-displacing corrosion preventative formulated to provide excellent long-term indoor protection.  The RP 200 deposits a long lasting, thin residual film, which can be easily removed using an alkaline cleaner or vapor degreaser.  RP 200 will provide protection to ferrous and non-ferrous materials for up to 24 months indoor storage.  RP 200 is designed to be used straight, but can be diluted with oil or solvent to produce a product, which will give shorter protection period a lower cost.

RP 206
Soluble Oil Long Term Rust Preventative
RP 206 is a water soluble rust inhibitor with long term rust protection capabilities.  RP 206 will provide up to 6 months protection at a 10% solution.  RP 206 will leave an oil film that can be easily removed with a mild alkaline or solvent cleaner.

RP 250
Solvent Based, Long Term Rust Preventative
RP 250 is a solvent based, water-displacing corrosion preventative formulated to provide excellent long term (2-years plus) indoor protection.  The RP 250 deposits a long lasting, thin residual film, which can be easily removed using an alkaline cleaner or vapor degreaser.  RP 250 is formulated to pass > 90 hour salt spray analysis and is ideal for overseas shipping.  RP 250 is designed to be used straight, but can be diluted with oil or solvent to produce a product, which will give a shorter protection period at a lower cost.

RP 310CM

Cleaner & Rust Preventative
RP 310CM is a medium duty cleaner and rust preventative product.  RP 310CM will clean coolants, chips, dirt and foreign material off ferrous metals.  RP 310CM will leave a nitrated rust preventative with a typical protection of 30 days indoor storage at 10% dilution.

RP 45M2
RP 45M2 is an oil base long term indoor rust preventative. RP 45M2 is water dispersing rust preventative with acid scavenging capabilities and provides excellent rust protection on all ferrous metals especially cast iron. RP 45M2 was designed to be compatible with motor oil and is an excellent choice for machine internal parts. Use RP 45M2 straight for maximum life or RP 45M2 can be cut with mineral spirits to reduce protection and cost. RP 45M2 will also pass the Seal Tube Stability Test on R-12, R-22 and R-134a refrigerants. Results can be provided upon request.

RP 526P
RP 526P is a water-based synthetic rust preventative developed for superior indoor storage.  RP 526P is a unique blend of materials that can replace solvent and standard oil-based corrosion preventatives.  The RP 526P is designed for ferrous metals and will leave a clear "dry to the touch" coating in approximately 30 minutes at ambient temperatures.  RP 526P can be tailored for length of protection time to reduce cost and save money.

Application procedure can be a dip, spray or flow-coat.  Parts must be completely dry prior to packaging.  If a hot water wash and blow off is used, parts must be at room temperature prior to enclosing package, as not to create a humidity cabinet resulting in rust preventative removal and rust potential.

RP 527
RP 527 is a water-base synthetic rust preventative developed for leak testing tanks and has excellent indoor storage protection.  RP 527 is a unique blend of materials that are clear and allow the operator to see leaks quicker in leak test equipment.  The RP 527 is designed for ferrous metals and will not have an effect on plated parts.  The RP 527 will leave a clear “dry to the touch” coating in approximately 30 minutes at ambient temperatures.                                                                                       

Allow applicable time to dry prior to packaging. If a hot water wash and blow off is used, parts must be at room temperature prior to enclosed packaging, as not to create a humidity cabinet resulting in rust preventative removal and rust potential.

RP 600CL
Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor
Ideal for Closed Loop Re-circulating Systems
RP 600CL is a closed loop scale and corrosion inhibitor.  RP 600CL will    provide excellent cooling properties with worry free scale and corrosion buildup.  RP 600CL is safe on all metals and will not degrade cooling system.  We recommend a complete system flush at 6 to 12 month intervals, depending on your current water quality.

RP 700
In Process RP or Water Jet De-burr Fluid
RP 700 can be used on ferrous and aluminum materials as an in-process RP or in a water jet de-burr process.  RP 700 will not foam up to 6000 psi and provides 15 days of indoor storage protection at 10% dilution.  RP 700 has excellent wetting properties that will leave a spot free part, using R.O. or D.I. water.

RP 700T
In Process RP or Water Jet De-burr Fluid
RP 700T can be used on ferrous and aluminum materials in an in-process tumbler Cleaner/RP or in water jet de-burr process. RP 700T will not foam and provides 90 days indoor storage protection at 5% dilution. RP 700T has excellent wetting properties that will clean off oils and leave a spot free part, using R.O. or D.I. water. For tumbling applications, RP 700T can be used with steel or stone media. Typical dilutions for water jet and tumbler de-burr are 2-5%.
